[Resolved] Snapdeal — Defective pand Wrong product delivered and not helping in cancellation | |||||
I ordered Victoria's perfume with order id-Order ID: [protected] but they delivered defective product and one product is not what I ordered. I tried to cancel through Mobile app-showed error and to contact customer care. I contacted customer care, they asked for registering complaint in "Any other queries". I tried to do that, there too showed "Error in generating ticket, please contact customer care". I again contacted and they said to mail to Snapdeal Customer Support. I mailed and they said, we are unable to process request. Its about 5 times I have contacted, they are neither refunding nor cancelling. Was this information helpful? | |||||
