[Resolved] Snapdeal — Delivered wrong product and refused to take it back | |||
I bought a product from them on 28th Sep(http://www.snapdeal.com/product/avon-joysun-14/1442664) order no. [protected] which is covered under the TrustPay (TM of Snapdeal) which means No Question Asked Policy Easy Returns if not satisfied with product quality, size or delivery 100% MoneyBack if issue not resolved in maximum 30 days and then they deliver an ugly looking green color of the product which is also rusted at some parts. When informed them about the same and asked them to arrange for return, their reply was Kindly note that we can't consider this case as the product falls into the toys category and in unhappy scenario we don't take the request for the same and it is already depicted in FAQs onto the website. So, we assume the case as closed In case of any further assistance or clarification on this issue, please reply back to this email. Assuring you of our best services always. Even though I tried to convince them that FAQ's are not policies and one will only go over them if have any queries where as TrustPay is a policy kindly of thing and you cannot just deny this on FAQ basis but then didn't even bother to listen to me. What resolustion did you provide?
The only thing you did was telling me and trying to convince me that you cannot replace or provide refund for your mistake on which i didn't agreed and trying to fool people once again by posting here that the complaint has been resolved which is not the truth.
