Snapdeal — Didn't get my refund of tablet from since 2 months | |||||
I didn't got my refund of iBall slide tab my case is handled by social media team on high priority but they are not calling us and they are sndng wrng emails evenafter sndng the product on ware house on 12/10/15 on 9.17am they are saying tht thy are not able to track the prodct .my refund is of 3000rupees and his officer MOHIT SHERMA have also admitted that the product is on warehouse bhiwandi snapdeal just deviates me by saying that give us some time and this is how thy have passed out 2mnths without resolving my case Was this information helpful? | |||||
