[Resolved] Snapdeal — Faulty product providex | |||
I ordered a mobile phone and the phone Kam nil rahi haiwhich was provided to me is having some technical error. The sound quality of the phone is very poor as i am umable to hear the ringtone or any video and the phone started hanging on the first day itself. I complained about it on the second day itself after the delivery of the product but till date no action has been taken. It showed online that my return has been initiated bt still no action nor are they replyn to my emails. Was this information helpful? | |||

After complaining here, I got a call from Snapdeal, they again wanted the detail of the problem faced by me. After giving the detailed description to them, I communicated that I want to return the product and want my refund as the full procedure was very lengthy and time consuming. After this within 2 days my problem was addressed and it was resolved. For mailing I was using [email protected] . Though it took 18 days time but finally my product was returned and I got my refund amount also.
