[Resolved] Snapdeal — I got faulty motherboard | |||||
Sir on 3 Nov I ordered a PC motherboard from snapdeal. I got my order on 12 Nov. When I tested my motherboard it was not working. After that I requested to refund my money. Then from snapdeal I got a mail with link where I got return form with address of snapdeal warehouse where I have to send back PC motherboard. And they also demanded scanned copy of copy receipt. When I sent back faulty motherboard and I also uploaded courier receipt as demanded. When I tracked my courier it was insufficient delivery address and my courier is coming back to me. Sir please tell me now what can I do. So I can get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
