[Resolved] Snapdeal — Low Quality Products | |||||
I have recently purchased Sapphire Office chair from snapdeal. Which was within a week broken down and one of my employee got hurt. I have written many a mail's to snapdeal regarding the same, but there was no reply from snapdeal. The product is covered with a warranty. I have trusted snapdeal many times, as i purchased many thing from snapdeal. As E-Commerce business has many competition an new to the market, snapdeal is among one of the reputed online site. I never thought that snapdeal can sale such a low quality product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
