Snapdeal — Manufacturing defective phone | |||||
I were purchased mobile xolo black 1x dt 19.06.2016 from snapdeal against order id [protected]. after checking mobile i found that mobile battery is draining very fast within 30 min on internet and on voice call it is heating too much, there is also hang issue.in this regard, i registered complaint on snapdeal vide ticket id 25459272 dt 24.06.2016 for collecting your defected item and refund my amount.in this regard snapdeal engineer visited and trouble shoot the mobile but problem is still there. we have submitted job sheet to snapdeal already along with photographs of mobile hand set. till date m/s snapdeal niether collected their defected item nor refund my amount while i am taking up their help center with mr mohit goel, gurpreet etc at [protected] regularly, they ensured every time that mobile handset will be collected within today or tomorrow. and amount will be refunded thereafter. the issue is pending for 20 days and snapdeal is not taking any action in this regard. As per Snapdeal return policy, defective item is to be collected within seven days by snapdeal but here 35 days hes been passed. Procured item is not usable and my amount Rs 8200 approx. has dumped. My self is in deep sorrow becouse the spent amount was earned by hard working for purchasing mobile hand set which is defective. Now i am harassing Mentaly and physicaly and the charge of the same is to be born by Snapdeal only. Now i am under medical examination...
