Snapdeal — My compensation is not paid back, its been a month | |||||
Hi, I had a very bad experience in getting my compensation from Snapdeal. I brought a product from snapdeal(Worth of RS 24, 000/-). They have delivered the product with broken seal, as the seal is broken they have agreed to pay me a compensation of RS 2400/- on 24 October 2015. I have shared my bank details on the same day and the amount is supposed to be credited in 4 business days. They haven't initiated it until i have called them after 4 business. for the above mistake they have agreed to pay me Rs 4500/- on Nov 5th. They even sent a confirmation mail. From Nov 5th till today I haven't received any amount. The response is very negative and with out any intimation they have place the item for reverse pick up. To install that product, i have spent Rs 10, 000/- from my pocket. I have asked them, if you are taking back the product then pay me my Rs 10000/- They are not responding to me in a proper way. I have received a call from Lal Thomas(Snap deal on Nov 26 2015), requested to wait and i have waited for couple more days due to the complaint which i have raised in consumer complaints.
I really dont understand why snap deal is not providing me an update

I spoke with SD customer care person, they told that they should be able to credit in to my SD wallet by EOD.
No one is looking into this.
I doubt that, even complaining in the consumer complaint there is no response from Snapdeal.
Is consumer complaint is the right portal to complain of can some one suggest me some.
