[Resolved] Snapdeal — No product / no refund received | |||
Dear Sir, I've placed an order with an order id:[protected] on Feb, 2014, (Morphy Richards 52Ltr 52 R-CSS OTG Mirror Finish) by paying the amount online for snapdeal website. The order was cancelled by itself without any intimation or verbal confirmation from my end. But for the first product i did not receive my cashback and none of the team responding till date. As the payment made by me is through credit card, and i have not received the refund intime, i've converted the same through EMI and paying the interest.
