[Resolved] Snapdeal — No Product , No service but money deducted | |
Hi I placed order on 7th November 2014 in snap deal, order no-[protected] and they gave of tracking detail with Ewings courierr of stimated data on November 14th I gave a call on 14 th again I said to them i didnt get my product again they placed request and and gave new date i.e 20th november again i have no response from the courier side so I called to snap deal again and they are saying we are escalating the case it takes another 2 weeks of time . Snap deal is cheating the customers taking their money and not sending the product for name sake they have customer care department to show case to the customer.
