Snapdeal — No refund

i am continuously call or mail from 18/03/2016 but not any reply from snapdeal side and 12/04/2016 i call customer care one of the executive tell me that your refund is initiated and reflect in your bank account in next 3-4 days but on 13/04/2016 i call again customer care and then one of the executive tell me that your refund refused
you can check my call from [protected] on 12/04/2016, your all call recorded
so you can check
i give all images or id's to snapdeal
but i refund till now.

I purchase a laptop from Snapdeal which order id is [protected]
when i receive box, box was empty, i compliant to Snapdeal
but they refuse to give me claim and say that you go any where we don't give you claim
please help me to give me claim throw Snapdeal

You did not received but i was lucky that i received but it was found duplicate. I just got misguided by their nation TV ad campaign lower price. Duplicate items are sold.

Software installation date found earlier than manufacture date.
While checking Bar code online no listing found.

When i shared the info with my circle, i found that reputation in the public is very low and there is public opinion that Snapdeal sell used article as new under discounted price.

Company willfully use the lenient law of country

Snapdeal is very cheater and cheap site
you check review for Snapdeal many customer's are compliant
but i am sure that Snapdeal life is going to end
snapdeal give me proof that they give me original product not empty
if they are send laptop in box so give me proof
please tell to Snapdeal that they provide me proof otherwise give me claim
