[Resolved] Snapdeal — Non refund of payment after goods were returned.

The good purchased in snap deal (Order ID: [protected]-Apollo Kitchen Sink AS34) was returned due to nondelivery of goods and still refund is not processed as well as i cannot cancel order in the snapdeal online. Money is stuck. Several times called snap deal call centre and after logging complaint was simply closed without resolved. Rs.2520.00 is pending with snap deal. Simply these people are looting money one or other way. Such companies should be punished under consumer act so that other customer do not suffer same. Please take up with snap deal and request for refund.

i have seen that though Snapdeal is sending materials free of cost, quality of courier agency used is not good and its not packed depending on type of goods.
