[Resolved] Snapdeal — Not Exchanging or refunding the wrong size product

I have ordered Ray-Ban RB[protected]F Aviator Sunglasses vide order no.[protected], the product size is smaller than i required. Upon requesting to exchange the product for a higher size the customer service representative simply denying to exchange the product or refunding the amount.

Snapdeal are not bothered about the customer satisfaction neither they are returning my money or exchanging the product. So i request you to take some harsh action against Sanpdeal- the worst ever online purchasing site.
