[Resolved] Snapdeal — O don't get refund of rs 3600 for return of avon bicycle. | |||||
Dear sir, i am kunal, i ordered a avon bycycle through haptrik.com on snapdeal dated 25th may. And i receive it 28th may but it was a baby cycle dats way i returned it to snapdeal. But the return status also given by the haptrik. And next day on dated 1/6/2016 snapdeal personal taken the return item. And i given my a/c details to haptrik personal and the updated it to snapdeal. My ordered number is [protected]. And the item id is awb r[protected]. Now its going to 2 month i complain for it various time. My complain id is 24348271 and 24750639. But much more time they are puting me on hold and saying that they will send me the money within 2 working days, within 4 working days, our concern personal will call you tomorrow. Like that. If I returned the item befor 2 months, then why you are not refunding my money back.Yet I given my all contact details and a/c details to you.You guys are neither yet trying to contact me nor refunding my money.
Even I called to you so money time, either you guys are putting on hold for a long time or not replying me, still I complained for it thrice time.
