[Resolved] Snapdeal — Only half order delivered and no refund given | |||||
Hi I ordered phone 2 quantity and when parcel arrived i paid for bill which is due, but courier boy did not allow me to open parcel he go away once payment made after opening i got only 1 phone inside and i have open my parcel under cctv, so i have video proof of it i am taking her followup and they agreed that there is mistake from seller side and we will pay u refund i am taking there followup for refund since last month but no proper solution given by them. They send auto reply on twitter facebook also and their phone line is useless. Was this information helpful? | |||||
