[Resolved] Snapdeal — Payment not received | |||
Order ID: [protected], Placed On Sun, 19 Jul, 2015 I placed the order for Lenovo computer and paid the amount of Rs.32, 014/- through my credit card and after two days they messaged me stating that they could not deliver the product because of their problem with courier company and amount will be refunded back at the earliest. I called the help line and spoke executive on 23/07/2015 he assured that the amount refunded with one working day but did not refunded and on 25/07/2015 i spoke to them again they assured me that the amount will be refunded with one working day but till now i have not received my money back. Keeping my amount with them is not fair on their part. And iam unable to purchase new computer because of their delay in refunding the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
