[Resolved] Snapdeal — Product cancellation | |||||
I ordered a Cooling Pad for Laptop from Snapdeal on 8th december which got cancelled automatically from your side two days after the order. I don't know why this happened but it happened to me a lot of time before too, I don't know what is the reason of it, maybe I am living in a remote place or your delivery guy can't find my address. I get delivery from you almost Everytime I order it order it and pay online, but this automatic cancellation happens whenever I give a COD order I don't know why or what is your reason for it. But any ways I re-ordered the same order again by COD on 13th december but it still got cancelled on the day was to get delivered i.e yesterday (16th december) and I even got message from you guys the timing of the delivery as 9am -1pm. But unfortunately, I am not gonna place any order from Snapdeal for sometime. Sorry. I got this disappointment from before too. Was this information helpful? | |||||
