[Resolved] Snapdeal — Product delivery and subsequent issues | |||
I had recently purchased a Online Training Course from Snapdeal. The order ID is [protected]. The order was booked on April 15th.The order was a 30 day online training course. After multiple and repeated followups with snapdeal on this forum and through emails to their support site etc., it was finally resolved on April 24th. I got the login credentials after 8 days. However snapdeal included the 8 day delay as well into the 30 days because of my time on the course got reduced to less than 30 days. I again raised complaints to snapdeal which have not been resolved yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
