We returned back the product on[protected] after receiving the product they said within 24hours regarding the results about the refund money. From 3 days we are trying to customer care number but they are not responding to us. they are guiding us in proper way. So please send our money back or say to your customer care to receive and talk properly. Really we are fed up with this products and customer care persons

This is Irshad Ahmad Shah i have forwarded back the Eroline premium flask and have requested fr refund through bank transfer.Later i have updated the bank details on web but i have recived the massage that compleete your bank NEFT details through official web of snap deal.When i am trying to update my bank details again it shows me ( you do not have permission to access) it iz my humble request to refund the amount in snapdeal account not in bank account so that i can buy other product on time
