Snapdeal — Refund has to be done with in 5-7 working days its not yet done even after 13 days. | |||
I have made a transaction with Snap Deal on 07-Feb-2015 at 00:32 AM Early morning bearing Snap Deal Order No. [protected]. The amount has been deducted from the bank account the transaction reference no. is IG00OOVMM5. Snap Deal customer care executives say that the order has been canceled and I should wait for the refund for about 5 to 7 days and now its been 13 days still I have not got the refund amount. When I call the Snap Deal customer care executives for the status they again say the same that I should wait for another 5 to 7 working days. The transaction was done for an amount of 2960/- INR [ Two thousand nine hundred and sixty rupees]. Imagine if I had done a transaction of rupees 40, 000/- and the same thing happens to such high amount transaction we just cant imagine the situation. I just don't want to wait for again 7 more days because they say the same thing even after that 7 days. I lost hopes on Snap Deal. Here on, I don't trust Snap Deal when it comes to online transaction. I request you to take a necessary action against the transaction gateway failure and make them to compensate me.
