Snapdeal — Refund issue | |||||
It's been 15 days, still i have'nt received any refund from snapdeal. "Order ID [protected]" "Refundable amount is Rs.760/-" This is worst service I have ever experienced on online shopping. Amazon and Flipkart is much better then Snapdeal. I have call customer care many time but there is no proper response at all and when I mail to snapdeal, they only replied that " initiating the refund process and amount will reflect in your bank account within 4 business days." this is only false assurance. Beware online shoppers! SNAPDEAL is no longer trustworthy. .. Was this information helpful? | |||||
