[Resolved] Snapdeal — Refund not initiated | |||
Hi, I have bought 'Portronics Pure Sound Pro BT II Por118 Bluetooth Soundbar' (Order ID: [protected]) from Snapdeal and I didn't like the product hence I have initiated the return & refund. Snapdeal has picked-up the product from my place and it returned successfully. However, I have still not received my refund. Its over 2 months now and I have complained many times to their customer care. Every time they give some or other baseless reasons and I don't know where is my money.
