Snapdeal — Refund not processed | |||||
I purchased a queen size bed from Snapdeal on 19th Oct and the product was received on 4th Nov. Since the product received was damaged completely, I placed the return request on the same day. Since then it is more than 20 days but they haven't taken any action. Calling customer care or writing complaint is just waste of time. They just apologize and ask for more time. I am frustrated with Snapdeal. My hard earned money is blocked for more than a month. I am planning to take some legal action.
