[Resolved] Snapdeal — Refunded amount not received | |||||
I ordered one earphone from Snapdeal on 11th November but i canceled that order in evening just because the delivery time is too long but till now i didn't receive the refunded amount. I contact snapdeal 3 or 4 times but they always ask about the bank statement and ask to wait for 4 working days. I think its more than 4 working days till now. I also sent them bank statement but no response from there side. I am attaching the bank details and snapdeal app snapshot which shows that amount is refunded by them on 11th of November.
