Snapdeal — Refused to return products instead of return policy | |||||
Hi team My name is Ashish sharma i am a snapdeal customer. I have concern and big issue that i ordered one Ambrane Power Bank of 10000 mah black on 13 Feb 2016 which was delivered by delivery boy to me on 17 Feb 2016 and after that i found that power bank is so heavy in weight as well as i found that it takes time in charging i.e. i am not satisfied with product so i raise a return request (under 7 days return policy) on 21 Feb 2016 (Order ID: [protected], Reference no:[protected] but on 22 feb snapdeal refused to return the product which is not acceptable according to policy.
