I am really upset with the kind of service you people provide i recently ordered this is my first order with snapdeal and getting very poor services i don’t know what the hell is this happened with snapdeal i ordered for a on (optimum nutrition) gold standard 100% whey protein - 5 lb on wed, 13 july, 2016 order no. order id: [protected] received the items on sat, 15 jul, 2016 by prepaid paid amount rs. 6, 686 Following are the problems faced & a photograph of the items & bill attached are evidence that this is not the real whey protein i got this order on 15 july, 2016 then and there i called up and informed you people that i received a fake product there is a cut bottom of box which is clearly indicate the original protein replace with the duplicate which is didn’t taste because it may impact of my health and seems to be a very bad quality conduction. When i received my order since then i m keep calling to snapdeal informing you guys and every executive told me “ sir it will take 24hrs we will taking your request and arranging a reverse pick up for you. this daily follow-up processing everyday that i m done i called and had a word with senior person supervisor team leader and managers everybody told me same tat 24rs. had a word with deepak, abhilash, arun who raise a complaint and also mr. kapil ansari They are assure me all the possible way with the help of their scripted sentences and make sure you will get a response from our concern dept they will call you from this num[protected] within 1hr to resolve your request almost it’s been 10 days nothing has been nobody call me however after 10 days they sent me an email in which they said we are unable to return or replace your (optimum nutrition) gold standard 100% whey protein - 5 lb. which really surprise for me as of now nobody call me no message nothing no response. So the customer care executives and all the seniors who makes fouls commitment with me although there are not aware the process knowledge or maybe they are done a special and different training. If you people can’t return or replace this order i think you should not deal with organic food nutrition items this really harassment and getting very pathetic services online portal with snapdeal it needs to be return and then replace it and if you can’t do anything go through with this initiate the refund give my money back to my credit card rs. 6, 686.
