HI i had initiated returns for order ID [protected] however nobody came to pick up . i got the msg to Reschedule the pickup however i am not getting the option to Reschedule on app nor on site. i have tried to call and Reschedule but it says ' due to some technical issue i cant do that ' . requesting to Reschedule pick up for my order ID [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered a mobile cover for iphone 7 but I have received for iphone7 plus instead . I have placed a replacement order but no one came to pick up and now it's asking to re-schedule the pick up date . However, there is no such option on the app . My order no. is [protected]

Where u able to return ur product?
If this is true! Then snapdeal i orederd coolpad note 5 and now returning the product because of a WHITE SPOT MARK ON THE DISPLAY SCREEN AT THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER OF THE SCREEN!
(Wanted to replace but it showed OUT OF STOCK)
