[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Sending defective product and not replace

I had purchased dress material from snap deal website in but the material I received is defective .instantly I call them to replace it but no response I he'd received I call 7-8 times but every time they told me your complain is being processed and said the coriour boy coms to exchange your dress material but nothing is happened like this please help me .my registered snap deal no is [protected]
