Snapdeal — Smartphone description was not clear/neglecting to take return | |||||
I brought a Infocus M370i from snapdeal, after seeing the phone i was shocked because i did not find a slot to insert memory card, so i called Infocus customercare where they advised this phone has two slots in that one slot is hybrid type were i can use SIM or SD card. This information was not mentioned in Snapdeal website on Nov 2nd 2015. So i submitted return. Received call from Snapdeal on Nov 3rd they did not accept there mistake and take the phone back. and Now i called snapdeal again today Nov 9th still they are neglecting to take return and says technical specification contains Hybrid SIM info. when i checked on Nov 2nd Hybrid Sim info was not updated in Snapdeal website and now (Nov 9th) they updated the info and deaning to take return, worst customer service, cheating people. need to take necessary action against snapdeal Was this information helpful? | |||||
