[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Snapdeal is not refunding my money after 12 days of pick up of my mobile

Sir mera mobile swipe konnect plus 16gb black 13/10/16 ko refund ke liye snapdeal dwara jv express ke through pick up karwaya gaya tha jiska awb no.-sd48596664 hai. mujhe19/10/16 ko snapdeal ki taraf se msg aaya ki aapka mobile quality check mei fail ho gaya hai isliye aapko refund nahi milega. lekin jv ke update ke anusar mera mobile snapdeal ko receive hi nahi hua hai. sir mujhe lagta hai ki snapdeal mere saath cheating kar raha hai. mera mobile bhi mujhe abhi tak nahi mila hai quality check ke 7 din baad bhi. sir mujhe lagta hai ki snapdeal mera paisa aur mobile dono nahi dena chata hai. please sir help me aur snapdeal ko kadi punishment diya jaye aur mera mobile aur refund kal tak diwaya jai.
