[Resolved] Snapdeal — Snapdeal strategy is to ditch customer! | |||
I placed 3-4 successive orders at Snapdeal - none of the orders were fulfilled in satisfactory manner. Reasons for dis-satisfaction - delayed delivery, incomplete delivery, non-delivery and even asking for payment against delivery which was pre-paid during order placement. Example #1: Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) Placed on Sat, 29 Nov, 2014 with full payment The product was not delivered. Example #2: Oplus Mobile: Order ID: [protected] Placed on Sun, 02 Nov, 2014 with full payment The Oplus mobile stops functioning in July 2015. Warranty support is promised by Snapdeal but no action is taken as of today. Indian customers should think twice before placing any order to Snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||
