Snapdeal — Snapdeal Support does not work! | |||||
INVOICE NUMBER : FDC943/14-15/32203 I purchased Oplus Xonphone 5 from Snapdeal in November 2014. It's touchscreen has stopped working since last week of July 2015. I made contact through email and telephonically with Oplustech (manufacturer) and Snapdeal (the vendor). Both made several promises, mostly over phone, but did not fulfil their terms for (i) home pick-up of faulty phone, and (ii) recovery of stored data and contacts. Oplustech is worse in making rude responses. Snapdeal took the plea that their delivery courier and pick-up courier are different. Thus they can not arrange for home pick-up. There is no promise (through email) of full refund or replacement of the phone. I am trying to send the faulty phone to Snapdeal through my own courier arrangement and shall provide update on this site in due course. Jago Grahak Jago! Was this information helpful? | |||||
