I ordered shoes from snapdeal on 15th july, 2016. To my surprise shoes are reached hyderabad on 16th july and a message came to that we delivering shoes shortly but on 16th evening another message and mail came that we are unable to process the delivery.
I opened snapdeal site and tracked my order, to my surprise it showing shoes are delivered and refunded and your amount refunded to your account. But i haven't received the amount till now. This is not came out of mistake or overlook. This is an intentional mistake done by snapdeal.
I ordered another item previosly, and confronted same situation. They will cancel the order by themselves without our consent. There is no support from snapdeal in this regard
I want my shoes back. I can tolerate the delay in delivery.
