Snapdeal — too much late to delivery the product

I have ordered an item on 25th November, 2014. But as I track my order it showing that the product is now in New Delhi. Past 4 days it showing the same place. There is no option to cancel the order. My Order ID [protected] (SLP[protected]. I am irritated with this Snap Deal. They are taking too much time to delivery my order.
