Dear Sir, Ref. to our yesterdays discussion, first up all we are really shocked with the way of your deal it’s not exactly the “DIL KI DEAL” But the customers like us will surely say “YE TO DIL TODANE WALI DEAL” For your information now will lodge a complaint with the – District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, addressing the unethical (used machine) sale of a brand called RICOH ( refer attached mail from RICOH is self explanatory) Now let the Indian market know about the authentication of their ONLINE SHOPPING with the brand name SNAPDEAL and your kind o[censored]ntruthfulness for their purchase through SNAPDEAL.
