[Resolved] Snapdeal — Worst experience in snapdeal | |||||
I ordered redmi note 3 in snapdeal . But i have received sony headphone on[protected] . Then i requested for return. Within two days the courier boy (ecom express)picked up the product on[protected] and he gave me the pickup receipt. But till now there is no update about picking up the product in snapdeal website. I lodged a complaint about this issue in snapdeal. They asked me to send the pickup receipt. I sent the pickup receipt to snapdeal several times. till now no response. my mobile number registered in snapdeal : [protected] my alternate number : [protected] order number :[protected] Ecom express AWB number:[protected] i have attached the pick up receipt in this complaint form.
