Snapdeal.com — About Refund

Dear consumerforum Anindya Mukherjee from Murshidabad, I ordered sonia speedlite df600 from snapdeal.com on 20th may. the delivery date was 28th may. But the product was not delivered within 28th may and date increases bt 3rd june. But the product nor delivered to me within the date and again the date increased by 9th june. But the product still not delivered. Yesterday i called them and canceled the order and apply to refund my money. But money still not credited. Please help me sir. Its 4030rs.
