[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Cancellation of Product | |||||
I had ordered a Redmi Note 3 device on 09/10/2016. The device was not shipped even on 13/10/2016. So i went ahead and cancelled the order. I got a confirmation from costumer service that the cancellation request is taken and the refund would be processed within 48 hours. Its already 2 days and the status is still "Ready to be dispatched" When contacted about this to costumer service, they now claim they have no clue about the device status and hence the cancellation cannot be done. My money is already deducted, I have no even received the device and neither Snapdeal has any clue where the device is. How ethical is this Snapdeal?
