[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Defective mobile supplied and refused to refund money | |||
Snapdeal supplied defective Mictomax mobile phone and refused to refund money . They told me that I can use this money for future purchases. But now they have confiscated my money saying that I did not use thus money for 6 months. There was no such condition given to me when they told that I can use the money for future purchase. The online representative refused to register my complaint, saying that there is no system of registering compliant. I sent a mail to them and got reply that my money confiscated as per company policy Was this information helpful? | |||
