[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — delay in delivering the product | |||
i ordered a total of 5 items on 15th of October from snapdeal.com and paid in advance through net banking. out of the 5 I received 2 items in about a week and still waiting for the rest. out of those 3 one item haven't even been shipped yet. the other 2 were shipped on the 18th of October as shown on their website and the delivery date was on or before 24th which was already very late. but today when i checked online again they have conveniently moved the date to 28th and 29th. I don't understand this, they are totally misleading the customers. I have shopped from almost every other E-comm website and Snapdeal is the worst. I specially ordered those items for Diwali and now i'll have to make do without it. To wait for a product for 15 days to arrive which has already been paid for is ludicrous. On top of that I have been writing them mails from the past three days without any sort of reply. Its truly pathetic. My order number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
