[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Delay in the order delivery and hell response from the customer care people

Hi Team, This is too bad on snapdeal.com part. We, customers with an utmost belief buying the products online. We won't be thinking that we will be getting the product very cheap. We just think that, Order will be delivered to home safely in promised date. I have faced so many bad experiences with snapdeal.com. I never expected that i will be facing this type of issues with an e-commerce site. Any e-commerce site values the customer. But, snapdeal customer care people are reckless. PRODUCT - Lenovo IdeaPhone s890 Color - White. Link - http://www.snapdeal.com/product/lenovo-s890/1382326 Bad Experiences ********************* 1. On first day, the customer care girl is shouting on me when I requested for the update second time. 2. The second person is unknown of the issue. And they don't know when the order will be shipped. And he told that he has escalated. (Later on, today i.e., on[protected], Yugesh is saying that it wasn't escalated till now) 3. Yesterday, Customer care guy told that my order will be shipped by the end of the day today. But, when i called today, customer care guy is saying that he will be updating me about shipment in another 48 hours. 4. Coming to the next level of customer care guy Ravi. Not sure he is next level or not. His words not at all made me feel like he is a senior resource of snapdeal. 5. With utmost interest, i have bought this phone. Actually, i am not willing to pay this much to a phone. But, thinking that snapdeal.com is responsible in delivering the products perfectly. I thought to buy the best. Questions ******************** 1. Is this the way to treat customer ? 2. Don't you people have responsibility of delivering the product ? 3. Don't you communicate with seller atleast ? 4. Will my product(Lenovo Ideaphone s890-white) deliver to me atleast next year ? 5. I wish to expedite my delivery. But, can anyone from snapdeal.com confirm that i will getting my order ? LAST BUT NOT LEAST - NOW, I am raising complaint in consumer court. Next, i will be lodging a complaint in nearest police station with the order summary & behavioural part.
