[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Didn't receive cash back | |||||
I made a order from, and as promotion the product was having 15% instant cash back if payment made standard charter bank, and i made same. But not yet received any cash back, and product is not dispatched yet too. And now it showing no promo applied, but as in terms and condition snapdeal said no need to apply any promo code, means if i pay directly form standard charter bank the promotion (Instant cashback) will apply automatically. But no response yet from snapdeal. Regarding the same problem i sended a mail to snapdeal, but no response from there. Was this information helpful? | |||||
