Are we paying for empty boxes SNAPDEAL ? I ordered ESET SMART SECURITY V7, order no. [protected]. Delivered by JAVAS, through a person named Narendra contact no. [protected]. It was a shocking, horrifying and very disappointing experience when we open the packing and got an empty box. To our surprise they send us the user manual Quick Start Guide of ESET Smart security. This kind of service is not at all expected from SNAPDEAL. All my friends, colleagues and relatives liked SNAPDEAL. But what message I am going to put to them is a real disappointment. Hello snapdeal u r worst online ever I came to know from my personal experience.. I ordered Lenovo phone on June 2016. and got empty box which has only earphones.. Ur team will not do anything but cheating people like this.. U said u checked cameras there is no problem from ur side.. U say like this to every complainant.. And u will not solve issues.. Shame on u...
