[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Fake sennheiser cx275s earphone | |||||
I had ordered sennheiser cx275s earphone from snapdeal on 17th of oct, 16 and recived the product on 21st of oct, 2016. When i received the earphone and checked its authentication online from sennheiser website and got to know that its a fake product. I even called sennheiser india and told them about the incident and asked them that do they have qr code on all their product and they said yes they have it on all their product. I asked snapdeal to return the product then they are saying it can only be replaced and they have this policy only.
