[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Faulty/Duplicate Product delivered | |||
This regarding the order no. [protected] of Snapdeal.com (Sub order [protected]) which is a Hawkins Futura Pressure Cooker - 2 Ltrs I purchased on 07-April-2015 in Rs. 2592/- and got it delivered to my residential address in Pune. [ INVOICE NUMBER :S39DB1/15-16/107 INVOICE DATE :04-APR-2015] After few days o[censored]sage we realized that its whistle is not working, since we were suspicious about it’s function right from the beginning hence we got it checked through local vendor and got to know that it’s whistle which stands on a needle kind of part in the cavity is quite thinner and that stops mounting of pressure within the cooker and thereby we were confirmed that it has manufacturing defect and due to this whistle doesn’t work. After that we followed with Snapdeals many times on this issue, either to replace the product or refund the amount. I never got any reply in this regard compensating me in either way. I am not sure posting complain here how much will help out but surely I am filing a case in consumer court this week itself. I CAN screw up them, this much I sure, will do it !! If you really concerned about the problem I faced by taking your product, be transparent and honestly mention here itself date by which you will resolve it.
When customer trusts you and pays you upfront then you MUST HAVE guts to maintain it and send QUALITY product to uphold that trust. Looks like you have nothing to do with word like Quality/trust & customer satisfaction.
