Snapdeal.com — Fraud | |||
On 15/09/2015 i orderd an product but snapdeal delivered me a wrong item for i requested them for replacement and handed back the item to thier courier partner . After this snapdeal coustomer executive called me and said sir what do want replacement or refund then i asked him for replacement after that the answer got from snapdeal was unbelievable they said that as your wish i can forward your request for replacement but we will not take gaurantee that next time right product will be delivered.after hearing his this statment i asked them for refund and they said it will be transferd in your snapdeal account . And it has been 10 days but till they have not refunded my money back an they are not replying to my mail and not even receiving my call i thing they had blocked my no. And i was having 500 in my sdcash they have deducted that to. Was this information helpful? | |||
