I have placed an order for a kid shoe. Order No. [protected] on 5th Sept. Till today there is no track on what is the status of the shipment. From your courier portal, gojavas, it says that sent to Bangalore south on 6th, and after that there is no update. What is happening to the shipment. Will I get the shipment or should I cancel the order? If this is the user experience, I will definitely not use snapdeal in future. It is also snapdeal's responsibility for the shipment delays as we are placing orders on you and not to the third party courier. Hope you don't pass the bug on your courier.
