Snapdeal.com — I want full refund of my money back to my bank a/c.

I ordered for 'Izotron Quattro X7 calling tab-Gold' on 11/11/2015 at 'snapdeal.com'. On 16/11/2015 I received this product. I found that the product is defective and faulty. So, I requested for the replacement of that product on 19/11/2015. On 20/11/2015 I got a phone call from 'snapdeal.com' asking me to repair the product in nearest service centre. But, I received a defective and faulty product from 'snapdeal.com', so why they are asking me to repair the product? It is their liability to give replacement/refund as per customer's request. And as the product is defective and faulty, it covers the 'no question easy return policy of snapdeal.com'. So why they are asking me to repair the product??? So, I called at the snapdeal customer care on the next day (i.e. 21/11/2015) for further clarification, they informed me that the reverse pick-up will be made soon and snapdeal's higher authority will contact me about the problem. But, after waiting 2 business days, I am writing this to you that I received no feedback from them about the problem. This type of service is not expected from 'snapdeal.com'. Now, I am writing this to you that I am not further interested in 'replacement' and I want 'full refund of my money back to my bank a/c'. Order details- Ordered for- Izotron Quattro X7 Calling Tab-Gold Order ID- [protected] Sub-order ID- [protected] Order placed on - 11/11/2015 Order received on - 16/11/2015 Return request created on- 19/11/2015 Case ID for return[protected] Email ID- banerjee.[protected]@gmail.com Registered phone no - [protected] I am also giving you the details of the problem which I faced in this tab - 1) When I opened the tab it starts blinking at the left and right side of the Tab's screen. 2) I found that the screen of the tab is bend. If you put the tab's screen at your eye-level you could surely find that the screen is bend and the left side of the screen is slightly upper than it's right side. 3) When I tried to press any app at the left side of the tab, the left side of the tab's screen moves downward and when I take back my finger it comes outward. So, after seeing this problem you could easily understand that the product is defective and faulty which avails the 'no question return policy of snapdeal.com'. So, I request 'snapdeal.com' to return this product and give full refund of my money back to my bank a/c.Thank you. Yours Sincerely, RIVU BANERJEE
