Snapdeal.com — Item not shipped from 10 days | |||
I placed a order to you & PAID FULL AMOUNT for a general & most available product in maket (Lumia 535: product code [protected]) on 25th Jan 2015 with order no [protected] and it is showing estm shipping date is 26th Jan 2015 on your site but is is still not shipped.I called to your customer care so many time they are not telling correct status of order only. When it will shipped no body saying. No senior person attending this problem that why the item is not dispatched; your customer care every time logged a complaint but no one resolving the problem.You appointed all fool & bastered customer care persons even they are not transferring call to their senior person.So team snap deal what should i do with snapdeal; should i log a legal complaint with snapdeal or you as a board team can resolve the problem.If it is not resolved within a day or two sure snapdeal will get a legal notice in the name of CEO KUNAL BAHL.Kunal Snapdeal having good board team or if it is required to contact board team members every time for little issues then close your customer care and cut the cost of paying them.
