I ordered one sony camera on 20th of nov. When I received the product on 25 th, product is missing . Then I contact snapdeal customer care, I told them all the incident but they told me that this is customer fault not snapdeals fault and we are closing ur issue and they didnt refunded my money. I contact customer care again and again, they always said that our senior team will contact u but no body even bothered to call customer.

Initially, I ordered camera on 17th Nov. 2015, then on 19th I got one sms that your order is cancelled and money is refunded back to your account by the snapdeal only. then on 20th nov. I reorder this product, I received this product on 25th nov. I opened it in front of courier boy, but product is missing inside the box. He said me sir parcel is sealed pack. We cant do anything, contact customer care. then I contact customer care . My case is referred to senior team. I got call on 25th evening around 6.15pm, he said that we investigate and we found that this is the fault of the customer and this is the second time its happened with you. I am explaining him that this is first time and i am shocked to see this and that order is cancelled by snapdeal only not by me. But he saying i am closing your issue and he cut the phone. then, on 26th morning i contact to customer care then they again referred my case to senior team and after that I didnt get any call. But I again and again contact customer care but till now i didnt get any solution.
Today, I got my one call from Snapdeal Mr. Prakash from Social media escalator team, that we are closing your issue and he cut phone. I told him to mail me this that they are not entertaining my issue. But he didnt. and cut my phone.
So, noe I have decided to complaint against snapdeal in written not online to consumer court.
today i have sent all issue to all newspapers and to all social sites
No solution is provided till now and now I have lodge an FIR report against snapdeal and now going in consumer court for written case

now i got call from Mr. prakash senior head of social media escalating team . He said that we are closing your case.
I didnt get any solution till now.
They are not replying to my mails that means this is the FRAUD done by snapdeal only.
